After beginning her career with a strong foundation in neurological rehabilitation, Trish found her clinical focus evolve following a personal injury that did not respond to traditional physical therapy—even as a practitioner herself. This experience led Trish to explore a different approach to movement and recovery, ultimately guiding her toward Postural Restoration.
Trish is currently pursuing certification through the Postural Restoration Institute while completing extensive continuing education in this specialized approach. Her work centers on identifying underlying postural and respiratory patterns that contribute to chronic pain and dysfunction, particularly in individuals who have not found success with conventional care.
Having navigated the healthcare system both as a provider and as a patient, Trish brings a practical, empathetic perspective to her practice. She has a particular interest in working with individuals experiencing chronic pain, hypermobility, and dysautonomia, and understands first hand the complexity and frustration that can come with these conditions.
This combination of clinical experience, ongoing advanced training, and firsthand insight allows Trish to meet patients where they are and guide them toward sustainable, individualized recovery.
